Marketing Executive

We are looking for a resilient, empathic marketing executive to contribute to the growth of our company.

Day to day responsibilities might include:

· researching potential new leads and keeping on top of developments in the industry

· Establish relationships with schools and educational institutions

· Ability to come up with pitches and willingness to visit institutions and deliver attention capturing talks about the organization and its goals, to seek out potential clients.

· Visiting Schools, colleges & institutes for conducting seminars or presentations

· contacting prospective clients through a variety of mediums – this could include reaching out on social media, phoning, emailing, or meeting in person

· working with other teams and colleagues to help align offerings with the needs of clients

· keeping on top of administrative tasks – such as updating CRM (customer relationship management) systems

· communicating with and informing existing clients in a way that supports an ongoing relationship.

· Up-to date with the latest trends and happenings in the marketing domain – both digital & offline

· Plan and Implement marketing activities both offline and online.

· Analyze the existing direct & indirect competition, plan and execute marketing campaigns that differentiate the product from the competition.

· Work with the content team and create content for all product collaterals such as sales & marketing decks, landing pages, videos, social media posts, webinars, etc.

· Work with digital team and enable them with the right brand assets, messaging content & other inputs that would be crucial for the success of the campaigns

· Develop marketing material for promotion

· Take responsibility for inventory of print marketing collaterals, course hands on materials and collaterals.

· Research and book appropriate venues for the events and courses.

Key skills for business development executives:

· 3+ years of marketing experience

· Excellent communication and presentation skills

· the ability to influence and negotiate with others

· commercial awareness

· the ability to think creatively and strategically

· organizational skills

· self-motivation and the ability to be motivated by targets

· basic IT skills.
