We are looking for an IT Business Analyst to interface with client team members to understand and document business requirements, software specifications, business processes, and workflows on multiple projects and to prepare business proposals and presentations using PowerPoint, word, and other documentation tools.

Responsibilities
Effectively communicate with US clients and actively participate in requirement gathering meetings.
Work with various technical and business stakeholders on requirements.
Work with business users in defining and documenting client requirements, functional specs, business cases, use cases, data mappings, the system set up and config docs, etc.
Understand the proposal documents written by the client and prepare PowerPoint documents/ presentations.

Required Skills:
A minimum of 2 years of Business Analyst or IT experience is required.
Excellent written and verbal communications.
Expertise in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Ability to communicate design thinking and effective presentation skills.
Should be willing to take up new challenges/responsibilities outside BA.
Should be able to manage multiple tasks.

Technical Knowledge:
IT Services, Software development, QA, SDLC, and project management, etc.
Database, Application development, .Net, Java, and other development platforms.
