This is the a Full time Employment and role is expected to be “Working from Office Full time”.

The Primary Responsibilities are as below :

Staffing and recruitment
Organizational culture
Performance Management
Policies and Process development
Compensation and rewards management
Staff development, engagement and career progression
On-Site resources and policy enforcement
ISO Process Implementation
Recruitment co-ordination and hospitality management for Clients
Preferred skills

5+ Years’ experience in a Multi-Cultural environment or an International organization
Prior working knowledge ITES preferable
Substantial experience in a generalist human resource management role and/or as an HR business partner role, including experience in the development of HR strategy, HR policy development, recruitment, performance management and appraisals, learning and development, compensation and benefits, recruitment, Staff engagement and exit processes
Excellent oral and written communication
Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills
Ability to work with Smaller teams with high level of performance expectations
