We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our animation production team as a Production Assistant Trainee. This is an entry-level position in which the successful candidate will have the opportunity to learn the ropes of the animation industry and gain valuable experience in a dynamic and creative work environment. On successful completion of the three months extensive training, you will be appointed as a Animation Production Assistant in the Production Management department. During training period you will be paid a monthly stipend.

Responsibilities

Assist the production team in various administrative tasks, including scheduling, file organization, and data entry
Attend meetings and take notes, ensuring that all relevant information is accurately recorded and communicated
Assist in the coordination of production schedules, making sure that all deadlines are met and that all team members are aware of their responsibilities
Tracking production progress and reporting
Help with the preparation of materials for production, including storyboards, character designs, and animation.
Communicate with creative team members (animators, storyboard artists), external vendors and contractors, ensuring that all work is completed to the required standard and within the agreed upon time frame
Perform other duties as assigned by the production manager or other senior team members

Qualifications

A strong interest and passion for the animation and creative industry as well as project/production management, with a desire to learn and grow within the field
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Understanding and previous experience in project management tools like Microsoft Project, Basecamp, Monday.com, Asana, Airtable, Kissflow Project, Smart Sheet, Shotgrid/Shotgun etc is a plus
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and a willingness to take on new challenges
A Bachelor’s degree in animation, film production, or a related field is a plus
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA/BBA), Engineering (BTech/BE), Science, Math, Accounting, or a related field is preferred
Attention to detail
Fluent in English (both spoken and written)

Benefits

During the training period a stipend of Rs 10,000 per month is paid
On successful completion of the training period, animation production assistant salary will be from Rs 15,000 to Rs 20,000 per month determined based on training performance
