Key Accountabilities:

Formulate business plans for state/ assigned area for managing top line growth
Super Stockist & Distributor Appointment and Effective Management
Create processes that support the distributors in realizing their interests (ROI/ Claim Settlement)
Manage & Guide the team to deliver desired results
Sales Planning
Width – Beat Plans, New Merchant Opening, Sub-Dealer Appointment / Milk Run Routes
Depth – Top Merchant Management, Loyalty Programs, QPDS
Set up effective review systems for CSO’s , Senior CSO’s and TSI’s
Market Execution: Implementation of Schemes & Trade Marketing plans in the geography assigned
Manage Urban, Semi-Urban & Rural Markets
Report Competition Activities across categories and State performance to Sales Manager on monthly basis

Qualifications and Previous Experience

Top B-Schools: Post-Graduation in Marketing with 3-5 Years of Experience in FMCG industry
Medium Rung B-Schools: Post-Graduation in Marketing with 6-10 Years of Experience in FMCG industry
Lower Rung B-Schools: Post-Graduation in Marketing with 10+ Years of Experience in FMCG industry
Multi Organization Experience: Minimum of two, three preferred FMCG organizations with multi product portfolio
Is an ASM in the current organization or has been an ASM in Current Minus One organization/ role with 3 Years of experience in the geography applied fo
Maximum age capping of 35 years ( Exceptions can be made in case candidate demonstrates required agility)
Expertise on MS Office , Reporting Tools
