We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Telemarketing Specialist to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to efficiently process and manage customer orders for home delivery. Additionally, the Telemarketing Specialist will be responsible for making follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns.
Receive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all necessary information is collected.
Confirm product availability, estimated delivery times, and any special requirements or requests.
Coordinate with internal departments (such as inventory management and logistics) to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Make follow-up calls to customers to ensure satisfaction with their orders, address any concerns, and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and follow-up activities.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and providing product information.
Collaborate with team members to continuously improve order fulfillment processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
Diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.
Proven experience in order processing, customer service, or a related field.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with exceptional attention to detail.
Proficient computer skills and experience with order management systems or similar software.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Outstanding problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward resolving customer issues.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
