1) Why Should i Register?

When you post a classified, you have to set up a simple account through very few steps to update, renew and find expired ads at your convenience. 

This provides you access to:

• The history of the ads you have posted
• Editing and changing the categories of your classifieds
• Easy uploading of the images
• Control and management of your classifieds

2) How to create an account?

At the top right-hand corner of every page, you will see Register/Sign-In. Please click
on that link. It will take you to another page and right side you can see a simple form
asking your full name and email-id, ( Also you can register using your social media accounts) then click on the register button and your account will be created and will redirect to “My Account “ Page. From There you can manage your account and activities

3) I forgot my Username / Password, what should i do?

Click on the top right Login button, it will open a page. Click on the Forgot Username? or Password?. The reset information will be e-mailed to your registered email address. Note that both your Username and Password are CASE-sensitive.

1) How do I place a Classified Listing?

If you place the ad in enteads.com for the first time, click on the Post AD button in the classified section and follow the instructions. If you already have an ad posted here, then you have a valid account and you can revisit at anytime and manage your ads. Your ad will immediately be posted after a review.

1) Not received any notification e-mails since signing up. What should I do?

First of all, please check that the e-mail address in your profile or Ad is correct. Check the spam or social folder for the email. 

2) Not received a reply mail from the customer after sending an offer, what should I do?

• The person may be busy and doesn't check his or her e-mail very often. So be patient and try waiting at least a week.
• The person may be getting a large number of replies, so he/she hasn't had time to get back to everyone.
•  If you don't get a reply after a week or so, try re-writing your message, possibly in a different manner. Please remember not to persist too much. If you don't hear from the person after the third message, maybe it's time to move on. There are plenty of other matching Ads out there!

3) I received a suspicious Reply or Ad. What should i do?

If you do come across something suspicious, please alert us immediately by clicking on the Report Abuse hyperlink found on the lower right side of every Ad. We do not entertain any abuse of our service so we will take a tough stance against such cases.

4) I wish to stop receiving replies, auto-notifications, or other emails. What should I do?

As long as your Ad is still running, it will continue to attract replies. If you do not wish to receive any more replies, please delete your Ad. Notification emails sent from our system contain easy instructions to unsubscribe.
