This position calls for an experienced and responsible individual who is passionate about anything creative and has extensive experience in managing people
.
Responsibilities
Be able to inspire, lead and provide managing and creative direction to a team of designers and strategists;
Establishing overall timing plans for assigned projects.
Ensuring that projects are delivered within agreed upon deadline and within budget;
Leading all project planning meetings;
Preparation of creative briefs;
Managing of internal creative reviews and approval of recommendations;
Improve workflow and streamline processes;
Assist in developing knowledge of, and relationships with new resources, talent and technology;
Carry out any other duties as required from time to time.
Required qualifications, skills & experience
University degree in a related subject with a formal qualification in project management;
Minimum of five years working experience in a similar role;
Extensive experience working for an advertising agency or in a commercial media environment;
Is a collaborative, generous team player – someone who readily shares ideas but also can happily build on others’ ideas;
Strong understanding of design and print/web production software packages and processes;
Has a very good grasp of developing and executing digital marketing strategies;
Is passionate about breaking new ground – new technologies, new channels;
Be able to manage time appropriately and meet deadlines;
Will quickly and easily adapt to changing circumstances and priorities;
Can manage budgets efficiently and effectively;
Ability to communicate in English, Maltese and preferably also in Italian;
Proficiency working in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite with a focus on In – Design, Photoshop and Illustrator;
Strong verbal, written and presentation skills;
Ability to solve problems creatively;
