■ Good Communication Skills in Malayalam ■ Good convincing skills
■ Able to handle customer queries through phone calls
■ Can join immediately
■ Smart & Target oriented
■ Flexible to work in any shifts
■ Basic knowledge in telephone etiquette
■ Communication skills in Tamil / Telugu / Hindi / Kannada would be an added advantage
