HR Executive job vacancy in Ernakulam, Kochi

•Should have a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
•Should be able to handle all HR related activities
•Should have experience in the recruitment process. Handling end to end recruitment, sourcing and screening profiles, co-ordination with the concerned team for interviews
•Oversee hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes,
scheduling interviews and performing reference checks
•Responsible for full spectrum of HR process including EmployeeOnboarding,Induction
Training for new hires, Employee management, Payroll processing, Recordkeeping, Background reference checks, Appraisals, and Exit formalities
•Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills
•Should have experience in the basic payroll process
•Ensure all documentation is up-to-date including the database of employees
•Maintain leave record, Salary and attendance management
•Ability to communicate effectively with people throughout the organization Strong
interpersonal and listening
•Handle full and final settlement of employees in case of separation
