The Role

We are looking for Field Recruiters to hire Delivery boys and Riders
Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
Screening resumes.
Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
Administering appropriate company assessments.
Performing reference and background checks.
Making recommendations to company hiring managers.

Ideal Profile

Requirements
Candidate should have team management skills.
Knowledge of hiring Riders and Delievery boys.
