Processing Visa Applications (UK & NZ)
Must oversee all aspects of the Visa and Immigration Service, ensuring that the process runs smoothly.
Must ensure that all of the information provided by the client is accurate and correct, preparing and checking all documents.
Consultant must be able to help the client to obtain Visas
Should verify the documentation to avoid documentation errors and rejections
Processing Visa Applications CAP
Verifying the documents and situation of the client and processing the application with ensuring quality.
Communicating with the client to provide missing documents with a solution or alternative option if there is any
Communicating with the licensed immigration advisor for the application processing
Assisting the partner and family of the client for the family visa application
Processing Application with priority for OET expiring clients
Giving advises on medical test centers and immigration requirements
Giving professional advise on PCC application and passport renewal if its close to expiry
Verification of fund requirements and other supporting documents such as bank loan approvals
Professional Communication with Clients
Respond to inquiries about visa application and travel to students/parents via phone, e-mail, and in-person
Advises students and families regarding visa requirements, policies, and procedures.
Assist students with the process for arranging travel and finances, as may be required.
Advise students in resolving their queries and other problems, that may arise in the application and visa process
Problem solving skills and escalating to team leader or manager before the situation gets worse
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with command over spoken and written English as well as the local language
You must maintain strong working relationships with all clients and colleagues
Documentation & Recording of Data
Responsible for maintaining all information/documents and updating CRM, as required
Review visa application files to ensure compliance with immigration procedures
Quality check and verification of documentations and application forms before submitting to the immigration or legal advisor
Writing quality and processional relationship Time line for the client or student
Verifying the CV and editing of CV if required
