We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Accountant to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting tasks, including recording financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate records
Utilize basic Excel and Google Sheets functions to organize and analyze financial data
Prepare daily financial reports to ensure accurate and timely financial information is available for management
Create comprehensive financial reports across all databases, highlighting trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement
Monitor incoming payments and ensure they are accurately recorded and deposited
Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement financial policies and procedures
Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
Perform other accounting duties as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; B.com degree is a plus (optional)
Proficiency in basic Excel and Google Sheets functions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members
Strong written and verbal communication skills
