We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. Telecaller will be responsible for contacting potential customers, introducing our products or services, and scheduling appointments for our sales team.
Responsibilities:
● Contact potential customers by phone to introduce our products or services
● Explain product features and benefits to customers
● Schedule appointments for our sales team to meet with potential customers
● Follow up with customers to answer any questions and ensure customer satisfaction
● Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system
● Meet or exceed daily and weekly call targets
Requirements:
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, Malayalam and preferably Hindi.
● Strong sales skills and the ability to persuade customers
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
● Comfortable making outbound calls to potential customers
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
● High school diploma or equivalent;
