This role involves acquiring, managing & retaining HNI relationships by delivering the best standards of services. Also requires establishing strong ties with them by designing & implementing their financial plans.


• To acquire and maintain client relationships with HNI clients
• To advise HNI clients on their Investments and managing their overall financial portfolio and deepening the wallet from existing clients
• To track the HNI segment in the market for new client acquisition
• To research, investigate and update themselves on available investment opportunities/financial market trend to determine whether they fit into clients’ portfolios
• To constantly monitor client portfolio and recommend appropriate investment solutions and ensuring compliant sales and maintaining the Sales quality levels, via periodic audit checks and review of sales processes
• To coordinate with product and research team for taking investment decision for the clients
• To conduct and assist in organizing seminars, workshops and other business development activities
• Post Graduate in Finance or Marketing (preferable)
• Excellent Communication Skills & Relation building skills
• High customer oriented
• Strong analytical skills with attention to details and follow-through
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and high pace of working
• Good understanding of Financial markets & their behavior
• Strong ability to process several inputs provided by research team and other sources and apply them to the specific context of several clients – thus generating insights for clients
