7years experience in any of the programming languages

Knowledge in HTML, javascript (any scripting languages),python

Hands on experience on RPA tools and cognitive platforms such as UiPath, Blue

Prism, Automation Anywhere, etc

Hands on experience on end to end automations of business process using RPA

Capable to Design ,develop and test automation workflows using RPA framework

Provide guidance with process design

Good knowledge on process design documentation

Ability to Work directly with stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them to technical solutions

UiPath RPA Developer certifications preferred

Experience with Agile development methodology.

Excellent problem solving/analytical skills and complex troubleshooting methods.

Self-motivated, able to work independently, and able to take initiative without always being directed

Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment and prioritize the most critical tasks and projects.
