I have prepared following set of requirements for you to find me the suitable candidates.
– Should have experience working with PCIe protocol or equivalent protocol such as CXL, InfiniBand.
– If the candidate has PCIe experience, please see if they worked with later specification like Generation 4, 5 or 6 (PCIe Gen4, Gen5 or Gen6).
– If the candidate has PCIe Gen3 (older Generation 3) experience, that is fine, if they have good understanding of the protocol layers.
– If the candidate has CXL experience, please see if they worked with CXL 1, 2, or 3 (any of these generations are fine)
o Physical layer (PL or PHY layer or PIPE PHY layer)
o Data Link Layer (DL Layer)
o Transaction Link Layer (TL Layer or Application layer)
-Has at least 2-3 years of in-depth protocol level experience, apart from general verification experience.
– Develop PCIe/CXL protocol verification testsuite.
– Create new testcases and debug existing tests.
– Have worked with industry standard verification IP such as Cadence/Denali VIP, Avery VIP, Synopsys VIP, Mentor/Siemens VIP (not a must, but will be nice to have)
– Develop testbench components : Monitors, Checkers, Scoreboard in UVM environment
