Cir.No 8/12.05.002/2019-2020 Dated 31/12/2019 and guidelines on appointment of CEO of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), proposes to appoint a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) on Contact basis subject to the approval of the Reserve Bank of India.

The appointment shall initially be for a period of 2 years and shall be renewed, based on the satisfactory performance in the opinion of the Board of Directors (BOD) of the bank and with prior approval of RBI.
