We are hiring HR Manager for our firm, your role will be to oversee all aspects of human resources management and provide strategic guidance to support the firm’s goals. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing talent acquisition and retention, and fostering a positive and productive work environment for employees.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Generalist, preferably in a professional services or accounting firm.
Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.
Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Discretion and integrity in handling sensitive and confidential information.
