Job Title: Senior Staff Nurse / Head Nurse (Female)
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Senior Staff Nurse/Head Nurse to join our team at Raha Ayurveda Hospital, an esteemed Ayurvedic hospital in Kochi, Kerala. As a Senior Staff Nurse/Head Nurse, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of quality patient care.
Qualifications and Skills:
● GNM/B.Sc in Nursing
● Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, preferably in an Ayurvedic hospital or healthcare setting
● Strong leadership and communication skills
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
● Registered Nurse with Kerala Nursing Council Key Responsibilities:
● Oversee the nursing staff and ensure the delivery of quality patient care
● Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals
● Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
● Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
● Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
● Participate in the training and development of nursing staff
● Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures
● Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the hospital.
