Social Media Specialist/Graphic Designer


We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Specialist/Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Additionally, you will utilize your graphic design skills to create visually appealing content for various social media platforms.


  1. Develop and execute social media strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
  2. Manage all social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  3. Create engaging and relevant content for social media posts, including graphics, videos, GIFs, and infographics without supervision
  4. Design and maintain a cohesive brand identities.
  5. Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and incorporate them into our strategy as appropriate.
  6. Analyze social media insights and metrics to measure the success of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of messaging and branding across all channels.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in social media and graphic design.
  9. Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Assist in the creation of marketing materials for various online and offline channels as needed.


  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field.
  2. Proven experience in social media management and graphic design, preferably in a similar role.
  3. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  4. Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  9. Familiarity with social media analytics tools and reporting.
  10. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  11. Web Development and seo skills will be an added advantage

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.
  2. Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS for social media ad creation and website updates.
  3. Familiarity with SEO principles and practices.
  4. Experience with paid social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
  5. Understanding of branding principles and strategies.
  6. Web Development skills will be an added advantage
