Programming exposure to JavaScript/Typescript ,REST API service, Python, Docker/Kubernetes, Virtual machine (VMWare)
Experience in Zendesk or other support platform experience.
Experience working in an IT or software support role
Familiarity with JSON/HAR, JIRA or similar bug tracking software and other database knowledge like SQL Server, Access, MySQL and Networking knowledge.
Able to perform Tier 1 troubleshooting to manage and resolve support issues.
Must be Superior in English literacy and numeracy and must have strong verbal and written communication skills required.
Flexible to cover US or European work hours.
Need to do Weekly case reviews with manager and peers.
Experience in Metric measurements will include customer satisfaction, work quality and knowledgebase contributions.
Need to provide electronic support for Desktop Software Products.
Experience in answering technical support chat line for Desktop Software Informatics Products.
Update Support website with technical information.
Experience with ChemDraw or competitor product software.
Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and Macintosh Operating Systems.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office products (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Academic qualifications in chemistry degree or diploma.
