Brief description :
Review and analyses active client requirements to source and identify candidates for open positions.
Utilizes multiple internet resources, including social networking techniques to source candidates.
Participate in daily huddles where you will collaborate with Team leads and Account Managers to ensure all active requirements are covered and potential closes are managed successfully.
Sourcing from Job Portals (Dice, Career builder, Monster, Indeed), Making job postings on the Job Portal.
Conduct in-depth screens and assess potential candidates for the level of interest, qualifications (Skills wise, technically), and compensation (Payment, Negotiations, Tax terms W2, C2C, 1099).
Responsible to work on contracts, Permanent positions.
Well-versed in US Terms like W2, C2C, 1099, US Visas, etc.
Utilize recruitment tools such as an applicant tracking system and internal tools for daily best outputs.
Extensive experience in handling a complete US recruitment life cycle.
Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment process across various IT and NON-IT Technologies.
Preferred skills
Should have Good Exposure working with Direct Clients and Implementation Partners as well.
Should be well aware of Tax terms and US Visa
Should have good communication skills.
Should have at least 5+ years of Relevant Experience in that particular domain.
Worked with MSP Clients / VMS
Experience in recruiting US Citizens and Green Card holders.
Traditional and Out of Box Recruiting Strategies to close positions as per Client needs.
Good understanding of both domains based and technology-based recruiting.
Ability to use Boolean search strings to identify qualified candidates utilizing multiple recruiting sources.
