BIM Modeller (Arch & Structure) to join the BIM team Kochi office.

Software Knowledge

• Revit
• Navisworks
• AutoCAD
• MS Office

Qualification and Skills :

• Minimum 2 Years of experience
• Should be familiar with all the disciplines, mainly in Architecture & Structure.
• Should be able to design on his/ her own.
• Should be Graduate in Architecture/ Civil engineering discipline.

Job Function:

• Use of Building Information Modelling(BIM) to perform dwg work task assigned.
• Report to the Lead/ Coordinator & perform work task assigned.
• Should coordinate & monitor the submission schedule.
• Able to produce the Revised model/ dwg as commented ASAP.
• Able to model parametric families as required by the client.
• Able to work/coordinate with other team members.
