Job Description:
As an experienced #ScantoBIMModeler you will play a crucial role in transforming point cloud data from laser scans into accurate and detailed Building Information Models (#BIM). You will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure that the #BIMmodels accurately represent the existing conditions of the project site. Your responsibilities will include:
– Utilizing industry-leading software tools to process point cloud data and create #3Dmodels.
– Collaborating with the design team to integrate the #BIM models into the project workflow.
– Conducting quality control checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of the BIM models.
– Generating #2D #drawings and #construction documents based on the #BIM models.
– Assisting in #clashdetection and coordination efforts to identify and resolve conflicts.
– Staying up to date with the latest trends and technologies in the field of #ScantoBIM modeling.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
– Minimum of 1 years of experience working as a #ScantoBIM #Modeler in #architectural and #structural projects.
– Proficient in using industry-standard software such as #AutodeskRevit
– Strong knowledge of #laserscanning technology and #pointcloud processing.
– Solid understanding of #architectural and #structural #drawings, construction techniques, and building systems.
– Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and high-quality deliverables.
– Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
