ar. Studio is an architectural firm, we deals with Architectural Design and Project Management. As we continue to expand our operations, we are looking for skilled and motivated Site Engineers and Project Architects to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with project managers and architects to develop construction plans, designs, and schedules.
Oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and building codes.
Conduct regular inspections to monitor project progress and identify any issues or deviations from the plans.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of construction activities.
Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including drawings, progress reports, and project records.
Utilize CAD software to create and modify design drawings as necessary.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architecture or Civil Engineering with a focus on construction.
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in site engineering or project architecture.
Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) is essential.
Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and building codes.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
