We are seeking a highly skilled and qualified Architect and 3D Modeling Specialist to join our team. As an Architect and 3D Modeling Specialist, you will have the exciting opportunity to create 3D models, render them, and animate the rendered models for video tutorials showcasing construction activities.

Responsibilities:

Create highly accurate and detailed 3D models of construction projects using industry-standard software.
Render 3D models to produce realistic and visually stunning representations.
Collaborate closely with the video production team to animate the rendered models for engaging video tutorials.
Ensure that all 3D models and renders meet the project requirements, timelines, and adhere to established standards and guidelines.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
Proven experience in creating exceptional 3D models for architectural projects.
Proficiency in SketchUp and Lumion, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of their functionalities and capabilities.
Strong artistic and visualization skills, with a meticulous attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective teamwork within a multidisciplinary environment.
Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
