The incumbent would be Develop organizational/Functional/People performance indicators, scorecards, and dashboards related to organization/people performance; and work with relevant departmental colleagues to identify methods to collect and analyze the aforementioned indicators along with key policy feedback and service effectiveness.

Leadership, Analytical thinking, Data interpretation & presentation skills, convincing & Negotiation power. Proficiency in MS Office and dash board solutions with operational knowledge.
MBA / PGDBM.
B.Tech With MBA’s are highly preffered.
