Job Description

Looking for a person who can create a systematic process to help employees align their individual goals with company expectations. Plan, track and revies an employees work objectives , job path and communication to the organisation. The incumbent would be Develop organizational/Functional/People performance indicators, scorecards, and dashboards related to organization/people performance; and work with relevant departmental colleagues to identify methods to collect and analyze the aforementioned indicators along with key policy feedback and service effectiveness.

Experience:

8 years in performance Management & Organisational Development

Competencies:

Leadership, Analytical thinking, Data interpretation & presentation skills, convincing & Negotiation power. Proficiency in MS Office and dash board solutions with operational knowledge.

Experience:

MBA / PGDBM.

B.Tech With MBA’s are highly preffered.
