Job Description
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
Responsible for end to end Recruitment.
Sourcing Responsible for junior, middle and senior level position hiring.
Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, portals and social media.
Need to coordinate with all the stakeholders for all the interviews.
Interviewing-Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
TAT-Successfully recruit and hire candidates within hiring timeline.
Skills/ Attributes Required
Good communication skills.
Education
Candidate should be a Graduate.
