We are looking for Solution consultant for the implementation and support of our software product eMAM (http://www.empressmam.com). eMAM is an innovative, fast-paced, and growing software product that delivers an enterprise-level media asset management (MAM) platform to customers throughout the world.
Proficient in providing technical support to a diverse, global customer base.
Troubleshooting Windows desktops, servers, and database servers.
Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Skilled in prioritizing and escalating customer issues based on their severity.
Consistent in providing timely updates on tasks to align with severity levels.
Demonstrates both teamwork and autonomy in a work setting.
Preparing documentation/knowledge base articles
Takes a proactive approach to work independently and without close supervision.
Flexibility to work shifts and weekends as needed.
Chat, email, and voice support experience. Good oral and written communication skills in English.
Knowledgeable in using CRM tools like Zoho.
Proficient in Windows server administration, IIS, and Apache.
Intermediate experience with MS SQL.
Proficient in AWS/Azure.
Basic understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, routing, firewall, WAF, and load balancing.
Experienced in working with software systems hosted on public cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
Ability to maintain high levels of customer information security and compliance.
Possess scripting knowledge as an added advantage.
Willingness to work on rotational 24/7 shifts. Work will be 8 hours/day on 5 days (40 hours) a week.
