SunTec is hiring SEZ Compliance and Procurement professional @ Trivandrum
Job Description –
Creation and closure of GRIR in procurement module in co-ordination with all stakeholders.
Verification and submission of all GRIR Invoices to Finance.
Co-ordination with vendors and stakeholders for delivery schedules and post-delivery data maintenance.
Follow up with Finance for GRIR Invoice payments.
Custody and retrieval of vendor contracts.
Maintaining and updating compliance register.
Maintaining and updating monthly STPI / SEZ Report
Maintaining and updating Form A – Monthly Report.
Co-ordination with internal stakeholders , vendor and C&F consultant for all SEZ related imports for SunTec.
· Maintaining and operating lease agreement and related functions (incl. rental payments) for all SunTec premises, including Guest Houses and Apartments at international locations.
· Co-ordination for initiating, renewing, and updating all insurance policies (except vehicles) with respective stakeholders for SunTec.
Overall supervision of Asset Management in co-ordination with Finance for –
Asset Inventory Control
Scrapping & Disposal
Corporate Services data
Data retrieval and maintenance for monthly OKR Meeting with CFO.
Team OKR update and maintenance.
Preparation and maintenance of Project Management report for Corporate Service MIS in co-ordination with stakeholders.
Assisting the Facilities Department as and when required
Looking for immediate joiners.
