Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns

Job Brief:

A lead generation role typically involves identifying and cultivating potential customer leads for a business’s sales team. The lead generation process often starts with researching and identifying potential customers, and then gathering contact information for those customers. This can be done through a variety of methods, such as online research, attending industry events, and utilizing social media. Once potential leads have been identified, the lead generation specialist will work to nurture those leads, often through email and phone communication, to qualify them as sales prospects. The ultimate goal of the lead generation process is to set appointments or demos for the sales team to meet with qualified leads and close deals.

Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through email marketing, ad campaigns,
networking and social media
Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

Requirements and Skills:

Proven experience as a Lead Generation or relevant role
Proficiency in English
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
Fast learner and passion for sales
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
High school degree
