Job Title: Sales Lead
Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Lead to join our team. The Sales Lead will play a crucial role in implementing our sales strategy and driving revenue growth. As the Sales Lead, you will be responsible for managing and leading an in-house sales team of 7 members. Your primary objective will be to meet the projected revenue targets by effectively executing our sales plans.
Responsibilities:
· Drive sales and meet revenue targets in the competitive exam coaching market.
· Communicate effectively with higher management and deliver accurate sales reports.
· Utilize analytical skills and Excel proficiency for data analysis and decision-making.
· Manage Leadsquared and other sales tools efficiently.
· Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
· Demonstrate leadership by motivating and guiding the sales team.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation and customer engagement.
· Stay updated on industry trends and customer needs for effective positioning of products and services.
Qualifications:
· Proven track record of meeting revenue targets in the competitive exam coaching or edtech industry. (Minimum 3+ years)
· Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
· Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
· Experience with Leadsquared or other CRM tools.
· Team player with a proactive and humble approach.
· Interpersonal skills to build relationships.
· Strong leadership skills.
· Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
