We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about marketing, business development, client acquisition, and relationship management. As a Sales and Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, achieving sales targets, and performing necessary marketing activities. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills, strong business acumen, and a proven track record in sales or business development.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, social media, industry events, networking, referrals, and lead generation activities.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and opportunities.
Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations with prospective clients.
Research competitors, market conditions and industry trends to stay up-to-date on the latest developments and identify potential opportunities.
Developing proposals, presentations, and pitches to potential clients to showcase our services and capabilities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs and objectives.
Providing regular reports on sales activities and performance to the Reporting Manager
Negotiating contracts and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand the professional network and generate leads.
Assist in the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Create and manage content for various marketing channels, including social media, website, and email newsletters.
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across various channels, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
Conduct keyword research and optimize website content to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to build brand awareness and engage with the audience.

Qualifications and Requirements:

● Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

● Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field for a min of 01-year.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

● Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

● Knowledge of digital marketing and advertising is a plus.

● Proficiency in MS Office
