Responsibilities
Timely Preparation of purchase orders upon receipt of PRs and review for accuracy.
Monitor all purchase requisitions to determine correctness of stocks information.
Approve supplier Pro-forma invoice and monitor it to determine correctness of information, such as Specification, calculations/Prices.
Follow up needed items from issuing of purchase requisition till issuing of the good receive including purchase orders, shipping details, etc.
Follow up supplier backorder quantity to fulfill the pending requirements.
System data entry of purchase order and confirmed delivery date.
Detect, research, and resolve purchasing issues and problems with incorrect orders, invoices, and shipments.
Handle adjustments with suppliers, including replacement of material not conforming to specifications and cancellation of orders.
Experience in Purchase (Minimum of 2 Years Experience) is mandatory
Qualifications
MBA/PGDM
A minimum of 2 years of successful Purchase experience with a demonstrated track record of success
Medical Equipment/ Healthcare/ Pharmaceutical Procurement experience is preferred
Requires strong business acumen, teamwork, collaboration, accountability, tenacity, and communication skills
