What you can expect from the job :

Key responsibility will be to secure quality leads / business appointments
Work closely with senior sales/business development and delivery operations leadership teams
Perform outbound sales activity which includes reach outs to prospects using tools like LinkedIn, Outlook Email and phone calls.
Perform database building/ management activities along with Marketing team. Create pitch for email, calls, etc.
Follow-up with prospects on regular basis via calls, emails and LinkedIn
Make 20-30 calls per week generating interest amongst our target prospects, qualifying prospects and securing maximum sales / business development
Use tools such as Zoom Info, Dynamics CRM to capture and maintain accurate and up to date information related to campaigns, leads, activities, and status dispositions of each of these conversations/ conversions
Detailed research on selected Ideal customers/prospects identifying their IT Landscape, pain points, decision makers, IT Investments, their intend of IT purchases, IT Budgets, Revenue etc.
Reporting & MIS : Regularly report sales numbers, submit target numbers for the week/month or quarter and give regular updates to the Sales head.
Develop, contribute and execute new ideas as a part of inside-sales strategy

What will help you do the job well:

2+ years of experience in IT Services inside-sales
Excellent Communication: Candidate needs to possess excellent oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to neutralize accent. This is a key requirement.
Outbound sales : International B2B outbound cold calling, emailing and LinkedIn experience is an added advantage, preferably USA, Europe and ME market.
Good Research Skills : ability to perform detailed level of research on the target market and target audience
CRM : Should have prior experience working on any sales CRM. Familiarity with Dynamics CRM would be an added advantage.
Shall be a go-getter, have good attention to details, presentation skills and ability to work under pressure.

We would love it if you have:

Prior experience in services like SAP, Application Services and Cloud and Infra Services, Microsoft will be an added advantage.
MBA (Marketing) preferred
