Are you passionate about guiding students through the enrollment process and helping them make informed decisions about their education? We are currently seeking an Admissions Counsellor to join our team at Amrita AHEAD. As an Admissions Counsellor, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of prospective students by providing professional guidance and support throughout their enrollment journey.

Responsibilities:

Counsel prospective students through a consultative dialogue, addressing their concerns and effectively communicating the unique advantages of Amrita AHEAD.
Coordinate the student admission process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for applicants.
Respond to admission inquiries promptly and accurately, providing detailed information about our programs and admission requirements.
Assist with direct mail, phone, and email follow-up to maintain regular communication with student prospects and applicants, guiding them through the enrollment process.
Demonstrate a willingness to travel as needed for recruitment events, college fairs, and other outreach activities, representing Amrita AHEAD and engaging with potential students.
Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets for admissions.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualification of a graduate degree.
Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with prospective students.
Organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
