Career Thinks is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Student Counsellor to join our team. As a Student Counsellor, you will be responsible for handling customer support phone calls, emails, WhatsApp and text messages. The role will also involve soft sales, including introducing our services to inbound customers, cold calling and emailing potential customers, collecting feedback, coordinating with other team members for daily operations, and collecting necessary documents from customers.
Responsibilities:
• Responding to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, WhatsApp and text messages.
• Soft sales, including introducing our services to inbound customers, cold calling and emailing potential customers, and collecting necessary documents from customers.
• Collecting feedback from customers and addressing their queries.
• Coordinating with other team members for daily operations.
• Maintaining records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Priming the customers the marketing team brings in and educating them on what we offer and getting basic customer profiles for the sales team to close.
Requirements:
• Completion of a basic degree.
• Good language skills in Malayalam and English. Knowledge of Tamil, Hindi, Telegu is an added bonus but not necessary.
• Experience in a similar role is an added bonus.
• Strong work ethic, willing to work hard, problem solver, hungry to learn and grow, and have a will to learn, unlearn, and relearn.
Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with working hours from 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday. Alternate Saturdays will be work from home.
Training and Development:
The successful candidate will receive direct guidance from the CEO and directors. Training will be provided for scripts generation, automation tools training, basic marketing tools and techniques. Career development opportunities are available for those who show a good work ethic and excellent performance.
Location: The position is located at HiLite Business Park, Calicut.
Salary Range:
The salary range for this position is 10k to 15k based on experience, education, and quality of the candidate.
