PixDynamics is seeking a Sales Executive to join our sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with up to 1 year of sales experience who are passionate about driving sales, meeting targets, and interacting with clients. As a Sales Executive at PixDynamics, you will have the opportunity to travel, engage in cold calling, lead generation, client meetings, and pitch our innovative products.

Responsibilities:

Identify and prospect potential customers through various lead generation methods, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and industry networking.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to effectively showcase the features and benefits of PixDynamics visual technology solutions to potential clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
Actively participate in sales meetings, team discussions, and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and refine sales techniques.
Travel to meet clients, conduct face-to-face meetings, and pitch PixDynamics’ products effectively.
Work closely with the sales team and sales manager to develop and execute sales strategies that align with PixDynamics business objectives.
Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets by closing deals and generating revenue.
Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to the sales manager, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities.
Stay up to date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors’ activities to identify potential business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a previous role, preferably in a B2B sales environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and build strong relationships.
Strong presentation skills to deliver compelling product demonstrations and sales pitches.
Willingness and ability to travel to meet clients and attend industry events as required.
Ability to conduct cold calls and engage potential customers in a professional and persuasive manner.
Self-motivated and target-driven individual with a passion for sales and meeting/exceeding targets.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to effectively handle objections and close deals.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks effectively.
