Job Title: Front Office Executive

Location: Seclude Kerala- Marari Sand, Alappuzha, Kerala

Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and experienced Front Office Executive to join

our team at Seclude. The Front Office Executive plays a vital role in providing exceptional

guest service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. The ideal candidate should

have some experience in hotels, possess excellent communication skills, and have a proven track record in handling guest complaints effectively.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and friendly reception.

2. Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately.

3. Provide guests with information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.

4. Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, striving to exceed their expectations.

5. Maintain a neat and organized front desk area, ensuring it is well-stocked with necessary supplies.

6. Handle phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals.

7. Assist with reservations, cancellations, and modifications, ensuring accuracy in the booking information.

8. Process payments and maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.

9. Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

10. Maintain knowledge of hotel policies, procedures, and room rates to provide accurate information to guests.

11. Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and efficiently, escalating to the Front Office Manager if necessary.

12. Maintain confidentiality of guest information and adhere to data protection policies.

13. Assist in training and mentoring new front office team members.

14. Collaborate with the housekeeping department to ensure clean and well-maintained guest rooms and public areas.

15. Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, record keeping, and report generation.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a front office role within the hotel industry.

2. Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Malayalam.

3. Strong interpersonal skills.

4. Proven ability to handle guest complaints effectively.

5. Proficient in using front office software and computer systems.

6. Well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor.

7. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

8. Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options.

9. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
