Personal Assistant to Director
Job Description
Attend phone calls when the Director is on tour.
write letters and emails, and maintain office correspondence of the Director.
Prepare PowerPoint presentations for the Director.
Schedule business meetings.
Communicate with travel agencies/ hotels and arrange travel reservations for Director.
Liaison between departments in the resolution of day-to-day administrative and operational problems.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, events and other similar activities.
Arranging and Filing Administrative Inputs, extracting Sales Data and communicating the same to the management.
Supervise repairs of office equipment/computers, peripherals etc.
Desired Candidate Profile –
Diploma/ Degree in any stream with 1 year of experience.
Freshers may apply -Good oral and writing skills in English, Hindi & Malayalam -Knowledge. of emailing, processing invoices and online documentation.
Knowledge of MS Office.
Internet savvy.
