New 2020 KTM 250 Duke

Austrian bike maker KTM launches modified 250 Duke; The 2020 KTM 250 Duke comes with a Bharat Stage 6 (BS6) standard engine and is priced at Rs 2.09 lakh in the Delhi showroom. The Duke is priced at Rs 4,000 more than its predecessor, which comes with minor upgrades.

When introduced with the BSR engine, the 250 Duke was priced at Rs 2 lakh; But later with the increase of Rs 5,000, the price went up to Rs 2.05 lakh. The main upgrade over the 250 Duke is the addition of a full LED headlight, similar to the expensive 390 Duke and 390 Adventure. Earlier, Duke’s headlamps had halogen bulbs. However, the TFT colour dashboard found on high-end bikes does not reach the 250 Duke; The bike still has an LCD unit.

KTM also offers Super Moto mode on the BS650 Duke, which comes with dual-channel ABS for better security; It has the facility to disable the ABS on the rear wheel. The revamped ‘250 Duke’ also has a one-touch start system that allows the bike to start easily. The bike is powered by a 248.8cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine; This engine can produce up to 30 bhp of power and 24 Nm of torque.
