SsangYong Tivoli 2020 With Mahindra Engine

Mahindra-owned South Korean maker SsangYong Tivoli 2020 has gone on sale in international markets. Mahindra has designed the XVV 300 for the Indian market based on Tivoli. The major revision of Mahindra was to reduce the vehicle length to less than four meters.

The revamped SsangYong Tivoli 2020 comes with a more visual look through the extensive reforms implemented in the rear sections. Ssangyong has updated the headlamp and tail lamp. Inside, the design of the dashboard has changed. The new Tivoli is a contemporary console centre console, rather than the centre console that borrowed the XUV 300. The car comes with an 8-inch touch screen and a 10.25-inch, fully digital-style instrument cluster. These changes are expected in the XVV 300 model when it comes to the updated version.

In addition to the visual and interior upgrades, Ssangyong has also added a new engine in Tivoli. The revised Tivoli is powered by the 1.2-litre Mahindra M Stallion turbo petrol engine that was showcased at the previous Auto Expo. The engine is capable of up to 128 PS and 230 Nm of torque. The same engine is expected to be available in the Mahindra XUV300 SUV and the next generation Ford EcoSport.

Tivoli is also available with 1.5-litre turbo petrol and 1.6-litre turbo diesel engines. Powerful petrol engines can produce up to 163 PS of torque and 280 Nm of torque; The diesel engine is capable of producing 136 PS of power and 324 Nm of torque.
