Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Launched in India

Xiaomi launches Redmi Note 9 handset in India The new budget smartphone is also part of the Redmi Note 9 Pro and Note 9 Pro Max launched earlier this year.

Three variants of the Note 9 have been launched in India. The base variant with 4GB + 64GB is priced at Rs 11,999. The 4GB + 128GB variant is priced at Rs 13,499 and the 6GB + 128GB configuration variant is priced at Rs 14,999. The Note 9 comes in three colors – Aqua Green, Pebble Gray and Arctic White.

The main feature of Note 9 is the 6.53 inch FHD + IPS LCD panel. The 13MP front camera has a punch-hole cut-out screen in the top left corner. The Note 9 runs on the MediaTek Helio G85 chipset.

The Note 9 has a quad camera setup with a 48MP primary sensor, 8MP ultraviolet shooter, 2MP depth sensor and 2MP macro camera. The box is packed with a 5,020mAh battery with a 22.5W fast charger. Works with Android 10 based MIUI 11 Skin OS. Note 9 has a fingerprint scanner located below the camera sensors. Alternatively, there is support for AI Face Unlock.
