IT Support Engineer Responsibilities:
1. Installing and configuring Employees computer systems.
2. Responding to IT support requests.
3. Diagnose and troubleshoot software, networking, or hardware issues.
4. Installing and maintaining hardware and computer peripherals.
5. Installing and upgrading operating systems and computer software.
6. Providing technical support on-site or via remote-access systems.
7. Repairing hardware malfunctions, software issues, and networking problems.
8. Tracking and managing work records.
9. Compiling job reports.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or similar
2. Minimum 3-4 Years of Experience
3. Proven work experience as an IT support engineer or support technician.
4. Advanced knowledge of computer hardware systems, chipsets, memory modules, and peripherals.
5. Knowledge of popular operating systems, software applications, and remote connection systems.
6. Ability to solve complex hardware and software issues.
7. Ability to travel and work after hours when necessary.
8. Excellent interpersonal skills.
9. Good written and verbal communication Skills.
