Job description:

Minimum 3 year of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation / configuration
Hands on experience on end to end integrations within SuccessFactors modules (Recruiting, On boarding, Position Management, Employee Central, Learning, Compensation/Variable Pay, Performance/Goals and Platform)
Have a good HR processes understanding and functional knowledge of the HCM
Experience working with HR ABAP projects
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience in business, analytics, or Information Technology Field-related field
Should have an SAP SuccessFactors certification
Strong interpersonal communication, customer-facing, and team player skills
