Job Description:
As a Graphic Designer at Bleeko Industries Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that meet the requirements of our clients. You will collaborate with our team to develop creative concepts, design layouts, and produce high-quality graphics for various digital and print platforms.
Responsibilities:
Create visually stunning designs for digital and print media, including logos, brochures, banners, social media graphics, and website elements.
Understand and interpret client briefs, ensuring that design deliverables align with their brand identity and marketing objectives.
Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize design ideas and bring them to life through sketches, mock-ups, and digital illustrations.
Utilize industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), to produce high-quality graphics and layouts.
Ensure designs are optimized for different platforms and formats, maintaining consistency across various marketing channels.
Stay updated with design trends, techniques, and tools, and incorporate them into your work to keep the company’s designs fresh and modern.
Review and refine designs based on feedback from clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring all necessary changes are implemented accurately and efficiently.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
Collaborate with other team members, such as copywriters, marketers, and developers, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to design projects.
Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input to help shape effective design strategies for clients.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Minimum of a plus two qualification (12th grade) or equivalent.
Proven experience as a graphic designer, either through previous employment or a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills.
Proficient in using design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
Excellent creativity and artistic skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently with minimal supervision.
Strong communication skills to effectively understand client briefs and present design concepts and ideas.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
A passion for design and a drive to stay updated with the latest design trends and techniques.
Prior experience in the design and business promotion industry is preferred but not mandatory.
Inbound talent and a strong inclination towards creativity will be considered for applicants without prior professional experience.
