• Both experienced and freshers can apply, with the willingness to work at the grassroots level, relocate to Kochi and always ready to travel to handloom weaving clusters for work.
• In-depth knowledge of market trends and textile production.
• Working knowledge of Handloom.
• Proficiency in CAD software and design tools.
• Strong understanding of sustainable practices in the textile industry.
• Fluent in Malayalam for effective communication with weavers, vendors, and suppliers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
