Matchmaking Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic sales executive to join our matchmaking team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the matrimony industry and be passionate about helping people find their life partners.
Responsibilities:
Achieving sales targets by generating leads and converting them into paying customers.
Conducting telephonic consultations with prospective clients and understanding their matchmaking needs.
Creating personalized matchmaking packages for clients based on their preferences and requirements.
Providing excellent customer service and support throughout the matchmaking process.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.
Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
Previous experience in the matrimony industry is highly preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales skills and ability to meet targets.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Self-motivated and driven.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Computer literate with proficiency in msoffice.
Qualifications:
A minimum of a high school diploma (10+2) is required.
A degree in sociology or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory. MSW,MBA etc
Work Schedule:
Monday to Saturday, 9am to 5.30pm.
Work-from-home options available.
Salary:
CTC between 13k to 25k per month.
