Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced candidate to lead our company’s digital marketing strategy and execution. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our digital marketing efforts, including but not limited to SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
Manage and lead a team of digital marketing specialists to ensure high-quality performance, productivity, and results.
Conduct market research and analyze data to identify market trends and opportunities.
Optimize website content, SEO, and SEM to improve search engine rankings and website traffic.
Plan and execute effective email marketing campaigns to engage customers and increase sales.
Develop and manage social media strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Oversee the development and execution of compelling content marketing initiatives that align with the overall marketing strategy.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless integration and execution of marketing initiatives.
Monitor and report on digital marketing performance and make data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvement.
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices and ensure the team is continually learning and growing.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Head of Digital Marketing or a similar senior marketing role.
Expert knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve outstanding results.
Analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to use data to drive decisions and optimize marketing performance.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
